Anivo offers a limited refund policy for paid subscriptions. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the Anivo platform, including our Pro and Enterprise tiers (priced at ₹2500 and ₹4000 per month, respectively).
Eligibility for Refunds
- You are eligible for a full refund for your Anivo subscription within 3 days of your initial purchase. After the 3-day window, refunds are not available.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process the refund within 5 business days. You will receive the refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Free Tier Subscription: Refunds are not available for the Free Tier subscription.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade your subscription from a paid tier to the Free Tier, any remaining balance from your paid subscription will not be refunded.
