- You are responsible for creating a secure and confidential password for your Anivo account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

- You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

- By uploading User Content, you grant Anivo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

- ANIVO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
5. Limitation of Liability
- ANIVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ANIVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

- Anivo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anivo regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
